Observations

• Verge is making an excellent kit
•  I have used a lot of shoes with buckles, but a high end 3 strap shoes is the lightest, most foolproof option, and is likely more comfortable
• Watching on old DVD - The Hard Road proves Jonas Carney has Rock Star hair
• A long break from training leads makes resumption painful
• The pain is all mental
• While a long workout can be painful, the feeling afterwards is pure pleasure
